Our interview process is structured around you. Depending on your role, you might have a couple of phone calls or team interviews, or you might have like a hands-on task or even join us to work for a couple of days along the existing team. We do think about each role and how to best showcase your qualities, and we’re constantly learning. So if you have any suggestions that might improve our chances of getting matched, let us know.

We want to know what fires you up. What keeps you up at night or what you learned lately. Arcane interests like Mongolian rap music are fine, it’s the grit behind that we’re looking at.
Ask a lot of questions - do not be afraid to challenge our thinking in order to stir things up and achieve insight. True to our “smooth is slow and slow is fast” thinking, if we all take the time to know each other, then everyone reaches farther in the long-run.
