What it does

The agent generates clean first drafts of contracts, terms, and customer letters based on your existing templates, clause library, and playbook. The user selects the document type and basic parameters (counterparty type, product, jurisdiction, key commercial terms), and the agent assembles a full draft using approved language and standard clause combinations.
