What it does

The agent reads the corporate pack (board resolutions, powers of attorney, mandate forms, specimen signatures) and identifies the authorized signatories, their powers, and any co-sign rules or limits. It verifies authority across documents, checks effective and expiry dates, and reconciles names and IDs against the entity records. The output is a structured mandate view—who can sign, under what conditions, and with what evidence—so operations can proceed without manual re-assembly of rights.

Document detection routes resolutions, POAs, and mandate forms to the right parsers; OCR and entity extraction capture signatory names, IDs, roles, and authority clauses; normalization aligns dates, names, and identifiers; cross-document consistency checks confirm that board/POA language matches the mandate; and exception logic highlights gaps (e.g., expired POA, missing co-sign clause, name mismatch) with links to the exact page that needs clarification.
