It is invoked when all core ownership, authority, and compliance checks should be done, and the bank needs a reliable “last pass” that confirms the file is actually complete before it goes to approval, rather than discovering gaps during sign-off or first product use.

What it does

The agent reviews the corporate onboarding case against your documented requirements and practical experience of where things usually go missing. Using a structured checklist plus reasoning, it checks whether all required documents, attestations, and evidences are present and valid, including items that are often overlooked such as apostilles, UBO proofs, and jurisdiction-specific extras. When it spots a gap or contradiction, it doesn’t just say “incomplete”: it generates focused prompts that tell the onboarding team exactly what is missing or unclear, and where in the pack the issue sits, so they can resolve it with the client quickly instead of hunting across multiple systems and email threads.
