The agent reads submitted corporate packs (e.g., certificates of incorporation, registers, articles, tax letters) for each entity in scope and extracts the required legal attributes—official name, registration/ID numbers, incorporation date, legal form, jurisdiction, and registered address. It builds a structured, entity-by-entity profile of the group and links each field to its document evidence, so reviewers can navigate the entire relationship and verify any value in one click.

It combines document type detection with OCR and targeted entity extraction tuned for corporate legal data.
